Sudan’s north-south divide is clear, but what about the growing rift in the south itself?

The Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) won the elections in the south of the country with more than 92 per cent of the vote.

Ahead of the upcoming referendum that will determine whether Sudan will stay united or not, SPLM is now struggling with a split between unionists and separatists.

Al Jazeera’s Mohamed Vall reports from Khartoum, the capital of Sudan.
