Protesters vow to disrupt Thai elections

Anti-government protesters want family of incumbent Prime Minister out of politics and public life.

Anti-government protesters in Thailand have vowed to disrupt the parliamentary election set to be held on Sunday.

The protesters, who have been on the streets of the capital, Bangkok, for three months now, say they want the family of incumbent Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra out of politics and public life.
