Yemenis angry after failed US rescue bid

Residents of al-Matla village say their family members were killed in botched rescue mission and want compensation.

People in the Yemeni village of al-Matla say their family members were killed in the failed hostage-rescue attempt by US and Yemeni forces last Saturday.

Residents of the village in Shabwa province are angry at the government and want compensation.

At least 11 people died in the raid, including the hostages.
