Thousands of civilians lack access to food and water in besieged district as ISIL clashes with other armed groups.
Palestinian officials are trying to secure the safe passage of Palestinians caught in the fighting in the Yarmouk camp in Syria.
It has been a week since ISIL stormed the district, which before the start of the Syrian conflict housed more than 160,000 Palestinians and Syrians.
Some Palestinians who have fled Yarmouk have now resettled in the West Bank, but many of them have relatives still trapped in the war zone.
